A Legacy of Quality and Innovation
Hudson-Sharp Machine Company, founded in 1910, became a leading manufacturer of bag-converting machinery through a series of product innovations. In 1997, Hudson-Sharp introduced Inno-Lok® technology, revolutionizing the way zippers are applied to packaging. The company has continued to evolve, offering a range of solutions from wicketers to stand-up pouch machines and its Inno-Lok® and Pour & Lok™ closure technologies, which remain industry standards.
Hudson-Sharp joined the Barry-Wehmiller family in 2009, further expanding its capabilities in the bag-converting space. In 2023, Hudson-Sharp was brought together with five other Barry-Wehmiller companies to form BW Converting, unifying the legacy of quality and innovation of each product brand under one global organization.
