Automatic Blanket Cleaning

The Baldwin cleaning systems are designed for automatic cleaning of blanket cylinders in the printing press. The proven systems consist of a compact cleaning unit, a supply unit as well as a micro processor control unit with different cleaning programs. Depending on the application the cleaning process can be carried out with PREPAC wash cloth, which is already soaked with cleaning agent or with conventional wash cloth. Upon use of conventional wash cloth the required amount of water and cleaning solvent will be sprayed into the wash cloth, according to the selected wash program.
