Conversion means exchange of the dry cloth application to Baldwin PREPAC technology. The conversions are easily done by a Baldwin technician who can optimize your wash programs to your specific requirements. After the conversion your cleaning system cleans better and faster, has lower recovery waste and has reduced cloth usage. During the conversion, the Baldwin installation will not disturb the production process. With PREPAC Advanced, you gain up to 60% more meters per roll and up to 20% less cloth usage per wash.
