Conversion means exchange of the dry cloth application to Baldwin PREPAC technology. The conversions are easily done by a Baldwin technician who can optimize your wash programs to your specific requirements. After the conversion your cleaning system cleans better and faster, has lower recovery waste and has reduced cloth usage. During the conversion, the Baldwin installation will not disturb the production process. With PREPAC Advanced, you gain up to 55% more meters per roll and up to 35% less cloth usage per wash.
PREPAC Advanced is ISEGA approved for the food industry.
Included in the conversion package is also the Baldwin Water Boost. This water additive is especially developed for the washing system to further enhance the cleaning accuracy and guarantee an even water distribution.
