Conversion means exchange of the dry cloth application to Baldwin PREPAC technology. The conversions are easily done by a Baldwin technician who can optimize your wash programs to your specific requirements. After the conversion your cleaning system cleans better and faster, has lower recovery waste and has reduced cloth usage. With PREPAC Advanced, you gain up to 40% more meters per roll, use up to 35% less cloth and finally produce up to 20% less start-up waste.
PREPAC Advanced is ISEGA approved for the food industry.
During the conversion, the units will be upgraded with a conversion kit which includes a new pad which will enable better wash performance.
