Baldwin To Exhibit PureFiltration CW Technology At parts2clean In Stuttgart 2019, Germany
/ST. LOUIS — October 4, 2019 — Baldwin Technology Company Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of PureFiltration CW at the parts2clean International trade fair, in Stuttgart, October 22-24, 2019. The PureFiltration CW is the new, exceptionally high quality filtration system developed for parts washing machines. Ideal for a multitude of industries, including metal and glass, the system enables continuous perfect clean wash water. The self-cleaning filters significantly increase the lifecycle of the wash water leading to nearly zero chemistry waste and drastically reducing water and energy consumption. PureFiltration CW will be demonstrated by Baldwin in hall 9, booth A11.
“We are eagerly excited to exhibit the PureFiltration CW, at parts2clean 2019. Visitors to our booth will experience this latest innovation from Baldwin and discover how it drastically improves both the process and product quality, while saving time, valuable resources and contributing to a sustainable future,” said Roberto Garcia Distribution/Sales, New Markets, Baldwin Technology.
The PureFiltration CW was developed for parts washing machines which require a very clean wash water (< 1 micron). With stricter requirements for surface cleanliness and environmental considerations, this high precision parts washing process was not achievable with traditional filtration methods (filter socks, centrifuge, cartridges).
The system's concept is based on cross-flow technology, creating a highly effective filtration performance (< 1 micron), leading to increased profitability. 100% of the water is recycled into clean wash water without loss of surfactants and reducing chemistry waste through bath changes. Cleanliness is also increased, leading to further reductions in water and energy consumption. These efficiencies ultimately improve the overall manufacturing process, productivity and concurrently safeguards the environment.
“One of the biggest challenges today is managing the environmental impact of energy, chemical and water consumption, with increasingly stringent environmental legislations and consumer demands. The PureFiltration CW reduces both water and energy consumption and has nearly zero chemistry waste in changeovers, enabling users to achieve a significantly more sustainable wash process,” Roberto Garcia/Sales, New Markets, Baldwin Technology.
The PureFiltration CW works as a stand-alone filtration system or centralized filtration unit for several parts washing machines. All Baldwin PureFiltraiton CW systems are fully automatic units with self-cleaning cycles, which need no manpower and minimal maintenance.
