Baldwin is OPEN for business. We are on high sensitivity to concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the potential to impact our team members, customers, visitors, vendors and our communities. Customer Deliveries
During this challenging and unpredictable time, we remain as committed as ever to providing an uninterrupted flow of our manufacturing to ensure you can receive parts, consumables and equipment you need to continue your operations. Our delivery commitments, however, are dependent upon several factors outside of our control including, but not limited to, regulations and restrictions enacted by the relevant authorities with jurisdiction over each part of the supply chain. Nonetheless, we are actively working with all our supply chain and logistics partners to minimize potential complications. At this point, we have not experienced challenges impacting our ability to serve our customers globally.
Technical Service and Support
We are instructing all our personnel on proper procedures to ensure that onsite visits to your facilities are as safe and reliable as possible. Our global field service team is ready and prepared to support you as long as government-mandated travel restrictions do not prohibit their travel. Our service technicians follow CDC illness-prevention guidelines and monitor their temperatures daily, as well as follow cleaning and social distancing guidelines. In some instances, remote online communication with a technician or remote machine diagnosis may alleviate the need for an onsite technician.
